Today it has been a good day. This morning I drove my 80 year old neighbour to the hospital for his eyes check up. He's a lovely man, shame his wife has OCD. She refuses to leave the house, cleans compulsively and needs to have set routines, and she is convinced to be allegrgic to everything including clothes. So going to the doctor was for him a moment of freedom. He chatted all the time with everybody happy to have human contect.
In the afternoon work. I had nice colleagues this afternoon, so work went smoothly. I work better with people I like. Tomorrow it's gonna be a bit harder. There's a very young girl who works there that is very flirty, especially when money is concerned and men hang to her every whim. This is a bit hard on my already crumbling self esteem. But a good thing is that I learnt that I am not the only one who finds her ways annoying.
Now I am not at all agitated and I foresee a nice night of sleep in my future.
Fingers crossed.
