New layout and banner

joereaves made for me, and this is going to mean silly lookiness and disarray while first I get it to look the way I want it and then credit Joe and all the lovely people who made the icons...
ETA: I think I am more or less done... there's more I want to do but first I need to find out how to add boxes. If somebody knows please let me know.
