That aside the new therapy seems to work. I think that Risperdal is knocking on the head any negative emotions. I may or may not ask my doctor to increase the dosage next week. We'll see how things go. Surely I feel a bit more active.
I walked to work yesterday and today. I need to move a bit and walking to work (when I work morning, I don't like crossing the park with the dark) it's a start. My feet do not agree with me obviously.
Work is ok. Monday it was terrible, wednesday was better, these two mornings was good, because I felt smart and worked hard. I like working hard.
Saturn is entering in my my sign tonight where it will stay for the next two years. It's the planet of change and I have feeling ready for changes for a while now. I even have a few ideas for where I am going.
For now I am going to eat gnocchi and watch X Factor. Hey I worked and exercises today I deserve Simon Cowell
