Everyday's a good day.
Nov. 5th, 2011 04:37 pmI had a good week. Work was ok, I went out with my friends on Wednesday and... I managed to do things.
I started giving myself small targets to achieve every day: clean a bit of the house (Today I managed to clean all the floors, a small miracle in itself), read a bit of Harry Potter (I am nearly halfway the Half blood Prince, but I keep getting distracted), read a bit of a non fiction book to awake my brain (At the moment Alone of all her sex by Marina Warner) and start doing exercise. I am going back to the exercises my chiropractor gave me. They are simple, easy and very relaxing.
I am still napping, but a little less. Yesterday I did set my alarm clock for 10am and I woke up confused: what was I doing up so early?
Not sure how long this good will will last, but I am taking everyday as a good day.
