Mood theme Help?

I finally found a mood theme that I really like...only I haven't got a clue about how to upload it.

Can anybody on my f-list help me or point me towards the right direction?

I followed one of the tutorials.

(This probably isn't going to make sense, but I'll be lurking on one of the messengers for a lot of the day, just poke at me)
The shortcut I came up with mine is this:
After I uploaded my pictures to photobucket,
I copies the code from word pad into Word Perfect itself. Every mood needs the url of the pic. I used find and replace to correct the code from the sample used to photobucket. Since the names itself stayed the same, it was an easy find and replace all.

Example:
http://www.somethingtupidhere.com/anxious

I put:
Find: somethingstupidhere.com
replace with: photobucket.com because the picture was still named the same.

um now is a bad time to mention it but you knw if it's in word you can use find and replace to do it automatically ....
