Before I crash...
Sep. 25th, 2004 08:16 pmI wanted to tell you the good things about today.
I got angry, very angry. The usual mixture paranoia, fear of abandonment, low self esteem, need to be recognised from outside and basically not loving myself enough. I let it out with the Manu, that brought me to meet an amazingly positive person, that has less to be cheerful than I have and cheered me up.
Then we did go to the trial for the Celtic/country dance course and I loved it. I loved the Jewish dances as well, but the teacher is too aerobic for me and the figures are simply too complex for my coordination. But the Celtic...it took me only a couple of tries and I was up with the rest. And my back didn't complain once in 2 hours. So, that's a definite yes.
The other thing I did that I am proud of is to cycle home in the dark. Ok it was just 19:45, and the Via Emilia was still full of vaschettari, but once on Viale Reiger I was on my own. It's a simple thing, but it can open so many doors for me and things I want to do.
So now I drank a bottle of water, put some nice music on, lightened the candles and I will put myself in a back friendly position, ready to crash and relax.
Blessed be theGoddess for giving me my body.
