I went to work today. Luckily it was a morning shift, because I felt like shit. No ability to concentrate, forgetting to do routine things...I am pissed off at myself, and worried. I hate it when I am like that. I had ice cream for lunch. I absolutely love the ice cream from the shop next door. It's handmade, sweet and... great. But it did just sent me into an anxiety attack
Luckily tomorrow I am off. I need to rethink my coping strategy.
