Last night I had problems falling asleep, but this morning I managed to emerge from my nap at 11am. Got ahead with my policy of not scaring myself and spent the day doing little as usual. Checked on my little pidgeons. They are growing so fast.... they are nearly the size of a grown pidgeon and they are changing their piumage. The only thing that's funny is their head smaller than their bodies.
I am not feeling all that depressed. My plan for improving my sleeping habits is giving me something to focus on.
