Jennifer Keller is creepy.

I think I am going to look for fics in which John and Rodney true love, as proved by the pier scene (BTW John, a Panda T-shirt ? Trying to prove the fandom theory that you really are a 12 year old girl ? ) is menaced by scary Doctor Keller.

Have you seen the way in which she was trying to keep everybody away from Rodney ?

And if John and Ronan hadn't pushed he would be dead. My love for Ronon is growing everyday. And this episode got me bunnies for Ronon/Jeannie. They have a weird chemistry that could work.

Let's hope that the unfortunate slip of tongue was just Stockholm syndrome

LOL I've not managed to watch the whole thing yet, I'm frighteningly behind with the episodes but I heard that the panda shirt actually belongs to Joe, he's worn it to a convention at one point :D

OMG, I KNOW!!! Just because in one of the futures, she and Rodney marry doesn't mean they really have to, you know, fall in love with each other.

And Ronon is unbelievably cute and awesome anyways... *waves Ronon flag* Rodney looking for John was one of the best scenes of the episode. Together with Rodney and John at the pier and the team on top of the gate...

There is one thing that I have always thought about Ronon, seen on the show but rarely in fiction: Ronon as the military leader.

I think that Lorne is cute and funny but I'd like to see fics in which Ronon is John's second in command or in some leadership position in Atlantis...surely he was in charge, clearheaded and charismatic here...

Have you read Written by the Victors from last year's Big Bang? It's a brilliant fic and Ronon is John's second in command, charismatic and also a very bloody skilled diplomat.

You know... people have been reccing me Written by the Victors for months... I tried to read it 4 times and I still find it... obnoxious.

It's not the whole use of historical sources interspeed with the tale... I think that's a brilliant idea. It's the whole tone of the story, the basic premise... I just find it... boring.

And I usually love Cesperanza writing.

I have to admit it took me two tries before getting sucked into it but once I did I just loved it, the whole range of additional media that goes with the fic was brilliant too so that together with Aegis from the same year of Big bang and one other fic where John turns into a cat (a real kitty cat) are some of my old time favourite :)
What can I say different tastes.

I think Ronon is more of a follower than a leader - a great soldier, but not exactly someone who will voluntarily be responsible for other people? And Lorne certainly has the patience and administrative knowledge to be a good second in command. Or even the leader.

I love Lorne...for example I am a great fan of Domenika Marzione's fics.

It's just that I think Ronon would make a great leader. Or at least I would like somebody to try and write him this way.
