What a day has been

matilda36It started with snow and ended up with sun.
Was supposed to go to Bologna with Manuela. Leave home on my trusty bike and it starts snowing. We reach Bologna and obviously with the cold mixture of snow and water that was coming down there was going to be no street market. So we had breakfast and walked in Via Indipendenza, mostly window shopping.
One of these cool kids shops was having a sale, so we entered and now i know spring is coming.
Because i bought a new bag. i always end up buying a new bag in spring. This is a Eastpack limited edition that looks like a normal Eastpack camouflage book bag, but has the front in fake crocodile.It sounds strange and it is strange, but is easy on my shoulders, handy to use and store my knickknacks. I love it.
At this point i was already cranky & tired because my back pain had reached my head and calves by this point. So we went to see Manuela's famous naturopath and after an hour with her I have: my back not hurting, a diagnosis on why it was hurting, a diagnosis that can help me sort out all my somatisations hopefully forever, an appointment with a postural osteopath and the right herbs that are already improving the quality of my life.
So, all in all a very good day, that has confirmed me on the path I have been walking since the beginning of last year. It's the right path and i have just found a way to make the walk easier. But in meantime i am enjoying the view and planning an evening of gossip, chinese takeaway and Zelig with Giuliana.
