How did we get from wailing in my bed last night to a pleasant state of drunk ness after a lovely lunch with a father that has made himself available for a joint chat with my psychiatrist? Positive visualization and letting down completely my shields. So I told him that I wanted to see more of him and he invited me to watch rugby together on Saturday afternoon. I will start to cry very soon, but this will be an happy cry. I opened the door and he has been happy to come in.
Dunno, I think I'll go and clean my Faith make up before going panda and maybe I'll have a nap. I didn't sleep well at all last night...
