Anxious why?

matilda36I woke up from a terrible, work related dream, that has spoiled my morning. I am a bundle of nerves, pissed off and a bit lost. Jonathan Cainer says that things will start to finally get better, and I have done my morning bits but a panic attack is coming and I do not want it. But I'll ride it.
