This morning I woke up ok, had a good nap, was woken up by a friend texting me, then went, did some laundry, dusted the living room, had lunch (smaller portion sizes are something to get useed to) then I went for a walk. The walk in the park in the sun depressed me. Don't ask me why, but I was down. Maybe it's the exercise, maybe it's just the time to think (I am afraid I'll have to do triple jumps to pay everything I need to pay this month), but I was down.
So I got back home and started reading some light reading and now I am feeling better (thank also to the bacon and eggs that I had as an early sinner).
One of the things I am trying to do is improve my health with healthier eating and more exercise. I have a lot of weight to shed and I am not getting any younger. The weight situation has me very touchy and down.
So I think I'll just read and have one of my favourite things: an early night.
