Stressssssssssssssssssssssssssss
Sep. 30th, 2012 12:03 pmI went to the doctor and he got very worried and said that or I was going on vacation or I would end in sick leave. In the meantime he changed my medication (there's one antipsycotic I take and he was all "Do you want to double the dose? Maybe it's better to triple it.) We agreed to double it for the next two weeks and then I am going back.
He approved of my sleeping because it's a way to recover energies. This must be working because I am more awake, even if he gave me some benzodiazepine to keep calm.and do things like... going to work.
Talking to work one of my biggest reasons of stress has gone. From the 1rst of October I move to my new (old) site. So no more stress about the agency closing and what's gonna happen. I know from this summer than fitting in in the new (old) agency will be quite easy. The only problem is that they moved me as an emergency measure because they need people so I am gonna be stretched thin. And still no vacation.
Today it's the last day and I am nervous. But then the problems of that vipers'nest will not be mine anymore.
