Still alive
Aug. 3rd, 2007 01:27 pmDay 7 of Training. Time and Space stop having any meaning after a week spent learning the language of people who bet on horses.
It's all reduced to numbers: winning numbers, loosing numbers, lucky numbers... even money ( I see enough of it passing through my hands in a day to keep me in organic food and import comics for a month.) become just a number.
2 more days and then I finish my training. 2 more days and then I have 2 days off. 13 more days and then I get paid.
I have a few tales from the bookies to tell.
I am writing a little meditation on why reentering RL just makes me even happier to be a part of fandom.
I have plenty of Heroes related squee to offer.
I have a few people thatI want to really catch up with.
In the meantime, I am off to work. I love you all
