Bad nights

I had a very tiring day yesterday. Not so much at work, but call centres can be a bit of a pain in the backside. Royalmail's is good, but is their service on the ground that scares me. AOL is absolutely awful, with untrained staff. Probably they have just moved to India. Barclays managed to sell me a card insurance, that I wanted anyway. I use it on the net or on the phone quite often and you hear all kind of horror stories. Then finally BT rang me to sell me their improved services. All that was missing was kitchen direct.
In the end I simply gave up and got to bed at 9ish after some reading. Only to find myself staring at the cealing between 2 and 4, until I had a power bar and my panic slowed down.

You can imaging the pleasure in getting up this morning...Oh well. Changes are not worryless, but at least i am doing it, I am really doing it!
