Don Flack was a simple man. A NY cop, son of a NY cop, he had been grown up following a very simple set of rules: honour your family, honour the NYPD and always follow your conscience.. His conscience had told him that was fine to fall in love with Mac Taylor. Mac was a man, but he had lived all his life according to same basic principles: honour your family, honour the Marine Corps, honour the NYPD and always follow your conscience . Then they met Danny Messer. Danny honoured the NYPD and followed his conscience. But he couldn't honour his family.
So he and Mac became his family.

Ryan's life was all about perfection. Everything had a place in Ryan's Universe. That's what he loved in his job. Taking the Chaos, the broken pieces of lives now shattered, and pulling everything back together under the great Order of Justice.
Ryan's life was about perfection. He smiled to himself watching his lover sleep. The big, honey skinned body, the hard planes and the soft curves, down to the long thick cock who rested nested in the dark pubic hair was absolutely perfect. Fitting in with the pristine perfection of his immaculate house.
Ryan's eyes slipped from the contemplation of his lover's body to the trail of clothes that said lover had left spread around the room. The anxiety he felt raising at the disruption of his perfection was stopped by Eric turning, throwing an arm around him and snuggling close. Safe in the warm cocoon of his lover's body, Ryan last conscious thought while falling asleep, was that if this was the price for perfection, he was ready to pay it.
