Had a brief morning nap today but a) I had breakfast before b) it was a short one because bad thoughts started running through my mind, so I got up, started reading a story in which Jared and Jensen are werewolves and Zachary Quinto is Jensen massage therapist, cleaned the kitchen and dusted the living room. If I manage to clean the bathrrom and wash the living room floor, my house will be clean for the first time since I started the new job.

Ate something then went to work and realised one thing. How anxious I am at work. I am constantly tense. I want to do well, I want to please everybody  and for everything to be perfect. This makes me... slightly annoying.

I need to relax. My goal for tomorrow? No morning nap, to try the new journey to work and to be more relaxed at work.

And in good news for the day, I have finally an appointment with my therapist. 5 weeks is really a long time to between sessions.
